HHHA News

We want you to know that your board is always working diligently towards making the Heritage Hills subdivision one of the premier neighborhoods in LaGrange.

We hope you will continue to see positive changes in your neighborhood. The board has great ideas and the commitment to see that they are implemented in the best interest of Heritage Hills. Some of the things that you will be seeing…

We hope you agree this all provides added value to your neighborhood, and helps protect your home investment.

2009 Homeowners Dues

The Annual dues for 2009 are $175.00. All dues must be paid no later than February 28, 2009. Your dues pay for the costs of maintaining your neighborhood street lights, common areas and entrance ways, the upkeep of the association pool and its surrounding area. We thank you in advance for your prompt payment.

We look forward to having a great year in 2009 and seeing Heritage Hills continue to grow and prosper to the benefit of us all. We encourage your participation and welcome your comments for improvement.

Pool Update

The pool is going to be opened soon and we ALL need to help make it happen. There will be a pool cleaning on April 18th from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm, so we need help.
Mark these THREE DATES:

April 18th 10am-2pm Pool Cleaning
April 19th Pool Opening
April 25th - Cookout

Pool Party Spring Fling

Association will have lots of fun and activities. Wear your costume and enter the Costume Contest! Children and adults will have lots of fun! Watch your mailbox for the event flyer!

The Board will supply the hotdogs, chips and drinks. Residents should bring a covered side dish enough for your family and another person. This way everyone will have enough to sample all the goodies. We plan on having a great time, so come down and join the fun from 12 noon - 4:00 pm.
See you there!

Future Looks Bright

Our board is in the process of replacing the old pool lounge chairs with new ones and matching chairs over the next few years.

Additionally, you will notice the flower beds and plants around the entrances and the pool area looking a little brighter with the inclusion of new flowering plants in these areas.
