Meet The Association Officers

The Heritage Hills Homeowners Association elected and appointed officials that will aid us in conducting the Association's business.

As a reminder board position responsibilites are as follow:

President: Preside over meetings, review all financial statements, insure all bills are current and paid in a timely manner. In addition, address issues regarding the association. Insure HHHA rules and guidelines are adhered to by the association members.

Vice President: Manage the pool and gazebo area and advise and work closely with the pool contractor, Jeff Whitlock. Co-signs checks along with the Treasurer. Works with Grounds Chairperson to resolve issues in and around the association.

Treasurer: Manage all financial aspects of the association, pay bills and invoices, and cosign checks with the Vice President. Insure annual dues and notices are sent out in a timely manner and collected.

Secretary: Insure that the minutes to all meetings are recorded. Produce the HHHA newsletter in hard copy form and provide copy to be posted on the HHHA web site. Update association information for the HHHA Directory monthly and provide the webmaster updates for the website.

Social Chairperson: Take lead on all social events of the association and insure they are well advertised and staffed by the board members. Make sure that the webmaster has all social information so he can post on the HHHA website. Works with Newcomer Chairperson to welcome new members to the neighborhood.

Grounds Chairperson: Manage all HHHA grounds issues in a timely manner. i.e. Lights, landscaping, HHHA entrance ways. Works directly with any landscaping vendors that HHHA contracts with. Work with the Vice President to resolve issues in and around the association.

Newcomers Chairperson: Welcomes and meets all newcomers to the neighborhood. Order and deliver newcomer baskets to new members.

Information Technology: Manages all aspects of the HHHA website and insures updates of the information are posted in a timely manner.
